Description
Documents required to complete BEE Affidavit:
- Company Registration Documents
- Certified ID Copy of Director/s ( not older than three months)
- The completed BEE Affidavit will be sent to you email to be signed and stamped by a Commissioner of Oaths
- BEE Affidavit needs to be renewed annually from the date of issue
